Customer Service

At RepairRite we understand the importance of good customer service at a time when Policyholders need it the most.

All Policyholders are assigned their own dedicated Personal Claims Handler to guide them through the repair process from start to finish.

All our repairs are audited whilst works are in progress for both quality and Health & Safety compliance. This ensures that all repairs are carried out safely and to the highest standard.

In the unlikely event that a Policyholder is unhappy with the repairs at any stage of the process, our audit will identify this and we will be able to put things right immediately. We always keep in the forefront of our minds that we are only as good as our last repair.
